-Mixes and/or blends various ingredients by machine to make dough according to prescribed formula and procedure.

-Assembles and weighs necessary ingredients ensuring correct temperature

  • -Measures water, sugar and other metered ingredients through meters
  • -Loads mixer with required ingredients, dumping by hand or from overhead hopper
  • -Select proper amount of refrigeration to achieve desired dough temperature
  • -Runs mixing machine for required time
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • -Tends machines and equipment that automatically mix ingredients to make straight or yeast raised dough according to formula. Fills dough trough in front of mixer, opens mixer and starts mixer to rotate blades and dumps dough into trough.
  • Job Requirements
  • -Must be able to push and pull in excess of 100 lbs
  • -Must be able to lift 50 lb bags of dry ingredients
  • -Must be able to record number of batches mixed, lot numbers and code dates of raw materials

***Facility Is In South End, Charlotte - Next To East/West Boulevard Station***

***6AM-6PM Shift Available***

***$10.50 per hour training rate; up to $12 per hour with experience***
